Gay Holidays in the Caribbean

Saint Martin

St Martin is probably the most gay friendly island that lies in the Caribbean Islands and its certain that it's French and Dutch influences have given space to freedom of expression alloowing islanders to have very open minds.

There are a few places specifically attended by the gays community and there are also places that are gay friendly.

There is a gay beach in Cupecoy (near the airport) which is very nice at the bottom of some cliffs, great at sunset!

There is a nude beach in Orient Bay is at the end of Orient Bay beach (on the right when you look at the sea). All are welcome on the beach.

The night life is present, with the gay club Eros in Marigot, (www.Erosclub-saintmartin.com) which is open every Sat night, from 11 PM. Just in front of the club you have Les Arches, a gay bar and restaurant open in season (ie Nov-April) and on the outdoor patio it is very relaxed and easy going for gay friends.
